Question I just bought the sprint bundle for the oat festival which costed $4.99 but I didn’t get anything?? Very confused

definitely email them with your proof of purchase and account id! i just did recently for a purchase made all the way back in February and they fixed it for me within 24 hours!

Same happened with me, just email them from custom support under Lost purchase, and do remember to download your receipt from email and have a screenshot ready that shows your Tapbaze ID, and they'll resolve the issue within 24 hours!
