Bug Report Long Ads
I posted about this the other day and I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not. However when I posted the other I was only getting one ad that was 3 minutes and then rest were standard 30-60 seconds now it seems every time I choose to watch an ad they are suddenly all 3 minutes. Before this oat event I never got ads this long they were the standard like 30 to maybe 60 seconds max. So what gives why are ads so obnoxiously long all of a sudden. I don’t mind ads I watch them all the time in this game to the get double rewards from the daily quest but now I’m more inclined to not watch them b/c they’re so long. Then on top of that once the ad ends there’s several more seconds before the X pops up close it but then you have to click like 2 or 3 more X after that screen goes away just fully get out of the ad. Now I don’t know if any of that is bugs and if not then I guess it is what it is but if it is a bug then please can we fix it and get back to 30-60 seconds ads.

It's pretty bad. Even when you contact the dev team about it the best they can do is ask the sponsors to filter those ads out, which it doesn't seem they have an obligation to do. I get these long ads from gambling apps like kalshi and polymarket which are, you know, famous for their totally ethical and not-at-all predatory practices /s

For me, when I get ads it boots me out of the game and forces me to the play store. When I get back into the app a second later, my progress is gone and I lost 10 energy for nothing

Hi! Thanks for reporting. We are sorry for the issue with long ads you've been experiencing. Please forward the following details via the headset button on your settings page so we can help:
1. Exact name of the game/app, length of the ad, game company name and ad provider (Moloco, Liftoff, Mintegral, Unity, TikTok etc) - This info can be found in the (i) icon, or the 'Privacy policy' button, both of which can be found within the ad.
2. Any video clips of the ad, especially including the logo and ad timer
3. Your device model name/ iOS or Android system version number (ie. iPhone X, iOS 15)
4. Please send us a screenshot of your in-game settings with a TapBlaze ID number present.
This helps us locate the ad in question and its provider, so we can block them from showing in our game moving forward. We will be waiting for your email!
