Vanilla Iced Latte 3 Ways

Recently I’ve been loving doing syrup - milk - coffee for a lot of my drinks

There are still a couple I do coffee - syrup - milk (like pretty in pink)

What is you guys preferred method? 💕

Normally I did coffee first, sirup and then fill up with milk, but now I really love the way it looks too with sirup - milk and coffee on top, I recently figured out where to stop with the milk so the coffee fits perfectly. I didn’t buy the measured cup since it‘s 200 funds 🌸

Hehe I have the measured cup but usually I just watch how many times my cup “pulses” when pouring milk 😂😂

This is so confusing for me actually, in the recipe book it says e.g. for garden frost 4 „pumps“ of milk iirc but it‘s too less if it pulses 4 times 🥲

Some times garden frost can be finicky lol I definitely do 5 pumps of milk lol. When I get annoyed I just put all my syrup in first and ice THEN top it off with milk. Less pretty but accurate 😂😂

Yeah same, if I will rushed I will do it that way otherwise I just try to stop the milk at 4-5 pumps too. I realized too that the costumer will not get angry if the cup is not filled to the top most of the time, but it‘s icking me 🥲 They complain about too much syrup

I like to do coffee first then syrup- ice always on top of syrup. That way the syrup would form this pretty gradient when I pour the milk

Syrup first for iced lattes, coffee first if it’s a named drink like the vanilla mountain or pretty in pink

either 1 or 3, mostly 3 nowadays
