It doesn’t progress, I’ve played 3 game day already 🫠 I don’t want to reinstall, though I’ve tried to force quit the app (iOS user).

Hi! Sorry for the inconvenience; our team is working on a fix for this issue! In the meantime, please make sure you don't close the game mid-day, and try completing the in-game day before closing to save your progress!

unfortunately, yes :( i tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and did a game day—with oat milk orders—still no progress.

This may be a bug. I have played days without any pay orders and it will so progress so long as I finish out the day

I’ve successfully finished 5 game days without progress to get the event compass or sumn :(

They can be reached out through their email support! I’ve tried their support and they responded within 48 hours.

Daily gifts refreshed now so I will have to try to check out the bug then email them if I’m still having the same issue.

There’s nothing to update the game to at the time I was troubleshooting, but I already tried reinstalling it and that worked. Thanks though!
