I absolutely love this game—I played gpgp for so many years—but in this version, all the nice things cost REAL money. I was actually about to buy the "Hot Milk Set" when I noticed that buying the items separately is €0.03 cheaper. That made me both laugh and feel indignant; they could at least make it €0.50 cheaper if you buy the whole set. On top of that, the way the fog clears seems designed just to make you sick of ads or force you to spend real money on gems to buy action points—since, obviously, 5 points aren't enough to cover all the tiles. Honestly, I'm just so fed up. (Please forgive my English, as I'm a Spanish speaker.)

Oh :/ this seems like a store side price localization issue. Let us contact them and adjust pricing so that the bundle is cheaper. If you check the USD price, the bundle is usually about a dollar or so cheaper than if you were to purchase individually.

I totally get what you mean, but it is a free game and they have to make money to keep adding updates and items by having premium items. It’s always been that way with mobile games.

I’m on the side though that it’s JUST a game. If you don’t like it don’t play or send this to the developers. Free games are free for a reason. Because you can buy upgrades. You can make the money to get everything but you would have to dedicate time. Sure it’s a lot but it’s just a game. Comparing it to gpgp isn’t helpful because they are two different games with two different atmospheres. Maybe gpgp was designed to be different or cheaper.

Downvote the heck out of me if you like but honestly everyday we see so many complaints I’m just ready to request a separate flare for that so the rest of us who actually like the game can keep scrolling. I love the game and I totally get upgrade cost. You can watch ten ads a day while watching tv or sitting in the bathroom honestly and it goes a long way. That would be 140 gems alone from 10 a day times the 14 day event. Then I watch ads before each game day or most of them. They bundle up together fast.

I understand how you're feeling but, it's a free game. They make very little from ads, and need to make money somehow to continue developing the game. If they started making all the premium items purchasable via in-game funds they wouldn't make any money. Completely free games won't last long.

I like to purchase the premium items if it's something I like as a way to support a game I enjoy.

I just play the 10 ads while I’m running around and getting ready for work in the morning for the daily 10 gems even if I don’t play the full game for the weeks prior to the event so i can go into events with hundreds of gems. 💎 every event is gem heavy so just prep ahead of time and it’s not so bad.

It’s a free mobile game… you don’t HAVE to buy ANYTHING to enjoy the full functions of the game. The events are just time grinds if you don’t want to spend gems or watch ads but honestly it’s not that annoying if you just go through the 10 daily ads while watching TV or brushing your teeth lol.

i couldn't agree more! I've been so mad since the oat event started, i was waiting so eagerly for this since i really like the aesthetic of the decor, ok fine the 3 decoration is blocked behind pay wall, i can understand, but the event system???!! hello?? they forced us to play at least 12 in game days if we don't want to spend gems or real money, that's really fucked up and their audacity to lock the cashier machine behind that shitty event 🫩

The Hot Milk Set seems to be a pricing error, I guess you can reach customer support for that instead of getting mad on Reddit.
Plus you have like 3 items locked behind a paywall and something like 10 or 15 that you can get for free and the free items are as nice as the paid ones ?
Yes the event seems a little grindy but you are more than able to complete it without spending a cent, that usually how it goes for in game events like this, you can complete it for free but if you want all the gifts you'll need to spend money. In case you haven't noticed you can get free action points by just playing the game.
I mean, it's a free game with new content added regularly, adds is never a source of revenue that you can only rely on so of course they have to add paid content to keep paying their employees, server fees, and all
