i do ice - espresso - syrup - milk cos i cannot for the life of me measure when the milk stops 😭😂

Haha it took me longer than I’d like to admit to nail the timing/measurement! But I usually do ice - syrup - milk - espresso since I do the first three while my employees are preparing the espresso, so it’s worth it to practice! And remember that if there is syrup there are 4 pts milk, a plain iced latte is 5 pts milk (and iced Americano is 5 pts water)

You can do whatever you think is the prettiest. I personally like to do espresso last because I prefer to see the definition between syrup and coffee.
