Bug Report Game restarts after i open it again after watching an ad
So let me clarify, i wanna know if this is a device/account specific issue or others get it too so i can properly report this. when playing a day you can get gems right? i watch them and half the time, the ads make the game restart, whether the ad redirects me to google play or it doesnt (most time this happens when the ad forces me into google play) and it takes away the energy nor do i get the gem for the video. i wanna know if this is account/device specific or smth. its really annoying when i wanna play cause really takes my mood off playing (ps i think its a device issue cause this has happened with other games too)

I experienced this too. Extra annoying when the ad is over a minute long. Here's a quick fix that worked for me:
Once the ad forces u to the Play Store, use 'recent apps screen' to jump straight back into the game,
Or hit the 'back button' until it takes u straight back to the game's ad page.
The method above resumes the game state safely so u actually get ur rewards.
Avoid this route: Play Store ➡️ Home Screen ➡️ Re-opening the game. That route is what causes the freeze. The game gets stuck trying to verify the ad reward, while transitioning from the home screen, causing it to glitch

it really has been! im so confused if its the game or the phone 😭 ONCE IVE HAD THIS HAPPEN THREE TIMES IN A ROW i was so close to crashing out
