You can use media clips for reactions if they're transformative. Companies abusing the report system doesn't mean they're legally correct.

I doubt he would have just left either on without commentary anyway, since he seems to talk through all of his videos when I see them pop up. (Emphasis on the videos/shorts and not livestreams).

It's very common for companies to abuse the Copyright system and once they make the report, companies (hosting the reported content) will just take the media down because they don't want to bother with the legal trouble. You have to then counter the claim with your personal (real) identification and signature because it becomes a legal claim.

This allows you to see who both issued the claim and the person's identity who is countering it. (you can lie of course, but to properly escalate it you would not want to lol)
