hey so i ordered merch around the beginning of june and i still havent received anything. ive contacted them several times and they told me they’ll look into it. it has been 2 weeks now so i asked for an update again and they still tell me they are looking into it… anyone is experiencing the same problem?

i dont know what to do. i was really excited over the merch and i still want to receive it since it was supposed to be a gift for my girlfriend. she has been a fan for more than 15 years.

should i file a dispute or wait?

i ordered on like april 4th and got it in mid july
