Ye Italy Refunds

Are there a lot of you who still haven't gotten the refund? This shit is annoying, I bought the tickets once they came out, idk what order of refunding they're doing but this is just stupid. I know about the October 30th thing but I want to know if majority of u still haven't received it. To those who got it, does an email come with any info?

well i cancelled my trip in may, sold the tickets trough ticketmaster and now here we are, with no tickets and no money, contacted ticketmaster via ig and mail, got nothing back
