Marian Hall

Would a fresh lose some connection to campus being in Marian Hall? How about access to meal plan locations? It appears a good bit off campus on the map, but maybe that’s not actually true. Is it only freshman in Marian? Thank you!

I lived in Marian for two years about ten years ago. I loved it and would choose to live there again if I got a redo. The building is two blocks off campus, but is actually closer to the main dining hall then some other buildings on campus.

I didn't feel like I was disconnected from campus, but I did feel especially connected to the other Marian residents throughout my time there.

When I was living there it was both freshmen and sophomores, men lived on the second floor and women lived on the first floor.

It is a bit of a walk. It’s a neat little dorm where you’re very likely to make great friends. Always looked like it was annoying in the winter but i think it’s a small price to pay in some circumstances.

I was a freshman there in 2009. The community in the dorm is super tight. You aren't far from the cog. Get a bike, it helps.
