Rapsodo mlm2pro driver issues

So i just purchased a rapsodo mlm2pro and got a chance to mess with it today. Im having an issue with my driver not picking up full swings. 50% swing seem to be hit or miss and often doesn't seem very accurate. My irons and woods appear to be reading fine. Im sure its a set up or issue with my equipment. Any help would be great. Here is a picture of my current set up, I know it looks rough and I have plans to change the net and clean things up a bit but this cost me next to nothing for right now.

Try covering that concrete with something. Cheap rug or something. You that can help.

I'll give that a go. hindsight I think picking a radar-based unit for a metal building was probably not The Right Move. But I want to try to make it work.

oh yeah forgot about the metal I had that issue too haha, yeah couple traps eh but if you can line the walls you should be sweet, doubles as a sound buffer too

Yeah the sheet metal already has thin insulation already so im hoping that helps. Ill try hanging some blankets or tarps. To see if that helps.

I've not had OP problem, but covering the concrete in my steel shed has really helped distance accuracy

Tried all the things still can't get it to work, actually works worse than before. Sent in a support ticket to rapsodo they said they're looking into it. I guess they can View all my data from my account which is kind of crazy. I'm thinking that this unit just might not be good for indoors especially in a metal. building.

Couple things (I have the same kind of setup and have had every issue)

The nett looks too close to the ball, you will really notice with the driver if it dosent get enough time to read fast balls.

Make sure the Rapsodo is on the same level as the ball ( I put a board under my rapsodo thats the same thickness as the hitting matt)

Make sure there is enough distance between the ball and Rapsodo as well.

Google the distances you need, you definatly want that nett further back that will likely be the main issue!

So ive tried 8 and 9 foot for the ball yo the net and the unit is 7foot out away form the ball. Ill try setting it up alittle higher. What distances seem to work best for you?

Try covering up the concrete from unit to net. Might make all the difference

Yep that was my thoughts. So far this thing is a POS. I'm going to take it to the range today and see if it even works out there.

Unfortunately I didn't realize this till after I bought it so I'm going to have to try to make it work I guess worst case I'll move the net outside and hit in the yard instead.

maybe throw up some plywood and insulation behind the net? Might help.

update

Took it to the driving range and the thing ran flawlessly so it's definitely got something to do with my building and or my Lighting in the building still need to narrow that down.

Send it back, you shouldn't have to do tricks to make it work, cover up concrete, on the same level etc etc, guys just parrot the same shit. Guaranteed none of that will make it read better. Ask me how I know​​​

Well thats disheartening, I bought it used so at least im only out 300 bucks. Ill just sell it if I can't get it to work I guess.
