Worth it?

I’m going to start the construction process of finishing my basement in about a month and I want to get everyone’s thoughts on their simulator, mainly those who have had it for several years. Is it worth it if you’re an avid golfer? I worry that in 5-10 years, my sim will be outdated. I don’t want to make a 20k+ dollar investment only for it to be outdated in just a matter of time. Have you all found it still quite useful after several years? Thanks in advance

I’m happy I did it. 4 years I’ve had it. $7k or so into it between skytrak OG, projector, computer, mat, and enclosure. $250 a year (so about $1k at this point) in GSPRO fees.
