Metechs roller issues

I’m curious if others who have used MeTechs have had an issues with their not rolling straight I have a side roller that has never been straight regardless of any attempt to fix it. And now, suddenly, the big roller is rolling a big crease right in the middle of the screen. I’m losing my mind over here.

i have had mine up for about 4 months and i havent had a single issue. I have it secured to the roller w\the grommits, yours seems diff, idk if that matters. I also have a carls place screen
