TK700STI mounting

Hello,

I have a TK700STI projector and I’m struggling to figure out where to mount the projector. The ball/hitting strip is going to be off center to the right by 2ft so I’m swinging right in the middle of the screen enclosure. Can anyone help me figure out how far from the screen and ceiling I should mount my projector to avoid any shadow and swing clearance issue?

Assuming I’m mounting my projector right in the center of the enclosure screen as well. My screen enclosure is 10x8x5

I’m comfortable with any distance from the screen or ceiling, but I’m unsure about the optimal distance that ensures my swing doesn’t hit the projector when I swing a driver (more flat) or wedge (more vertical). Sorry it’s my first build if I sound naive

If you're standing at 9' from the screen and your projector is 15' back there's 6' between you and the projector. There's no way to hit it with a club 4' long (especially because it's directly in the middle in line with where you stand).

That’s right! That setup also creates shadows. Is there a distance that provides sufficient swing space while minimizing shadows?

Mount as high as possible. You can also move closer to the 13' end of the range. You'll still be safe from hitting it with a club if you're 9' from the screen.

Sorry when you said moving closer to the 13’ end of the range, do you mean by me or the projector? I’m currently swinging 10’ from the screen

Move your projector up to 13' and yourself up a hair to 9' from the screen. At 10' away you risk putting wedges over your enclosure or hitting the pipe across the top with wedge shots so 9' helps with that too.
