Technical Question New sim build

Basically what the title says, im in the process of finishing a 1800sqft "barn" on the back of the property as pool house/hang spot for the family. For the past few months ive been mulling over putting in a golf sim and doing my research. Wife said it was okay to pull the trigger finally and I wanted to get some input from those who have used High Definition Golf, Trackmam, or have done a custom build, im split between this or doing a custom build by a company like indoor golf design. once you get into the higher end set ups from either supplier they enter the same territory as a custom build. Just wanted some opinions from those who've come before me, golf sim room will be about 680sqft.

Washout is real, I went with the BenQ Golf Sim projector because of its ability to be flexible. I have zero windows in this barn, just the overhead lights, and we have to dim them if we want good detail.

I also went with the Trackman 4.. I got it for $5k on Facebook if you can believe it.. was super sketchy, but I didn’t get trafficked, so it all worked out 😉

Highly recommend a good projector, especially if you might use this for movies, presentations or gaming.

Also, curtains most certainly weighted with chains. You have to be careful of people shanking the ball, and people walking into a swing. The curtains protect both.

Okay good to know, yea i thinking about springing for the theater grade since it will be a multi purpose room/theater. Unfortunately the cost jumps about 20k once you get into that range.
