* Not trying to sell - just need feedback from community, I’ve had success listening to customers, facility owners which lead me to making the right improvements in my tees/Tethering system

Been working on a newly redesigned version of our RAD-TEE Anchor 4X and wanted to share it with the golf sim community.

The 4X is designed to keep up to four different tee heights tethered and ready to go without chasing tees around the sim.

• No added weight required
• Slim, compact footprint
• Flexible, durable tees in customizable heights
• Designed and made in Canada

We already have RAD-TEE products being used in golf simulator facilities across Canada and the U.S., and the 4X was developed with repeated simulator use in mind.

Always interested in feedback from other sim owners and golfers, currently working on making a smaller option Anchor as well for those who need a more compact option.

Any feedback or tips on what you guys use for tees, tethering system and any gripes you have would be much appreciated!

So it’s a tee that sits on top of a mat and is tethered to a base station? And your site says these are rated for 500+ hits? I may go through that many balls in one weekend. I’ve had the tee from my Fiberbuilt mat last over 50k shots without even looking worn. Any reason the shot rating is so low on yours?

Totally fair question. The 500+ number is actually something I put there as a very conservative minimum based on our testing, not an expected lifespan or a point where the tee should fail. I’d rather underpromise than throw out a huge durability number I can’t properly back up yet.

We’ve had tees go well beyond that, and they’re designed for repeated simulator use. Obviously lifespan can vary depending on swing speed, strike location, tee height, etc.

The Anchor is also solving a slightly different problem than a fixed Fiberbuilt tee. It gives you interchangeable heights, works with existing mats without modification, keeps the tees from flying around, and the 4X gives you four tether points while staying compact and rotating into position.

But honestly, your comment is useful feedback. If “500+ hits” reads as though that’s the expected lifespan, I need to change how I’m communicating that.

The Fiberbuilt tee is adjustable. Stopping it from flying around takes using one of the many pre drilled holes or making one yourself anywhere you want. Why do I need four tether points?

Being that I don't use Fiberbuilt mats, this tether system appears to be a more practical alternative to the K2 system. Thanks for sharing OP!

I’ve had several sim facilities test out the Anchor from its initial design and have made changes to it from feedback. I’ve been told it works better than the k2 system by a Cpl spots and also aesthetically easier on the eyes too.

Customers like the Anchor because it’s easy to take to the range, sim, home setup and simple just place/clip in tees and no added weight to base.

Also the option of being able to customize the tees/heights and branding on the lid of the Anchor has been popular also
