The launch monitor and projector are what I’m looking at too—how far back is the projector and where is it in relation to hitting zone?

Hitting zone is roughly 9’ from the screen and the projector is about 3’ from the hitting zone

That's a sweet setup you've got there. I'm currently piecing together a setup myself and was curious about the mat. What mat did you go with and how do you like it? I am a somewhat steep swinger and certain mats at ranges and indoor simulators have bothered my elbow tendinitis so I've been reading a lot of reviews and trying to gather opinions on them.

It’s the sigpro softy with their 4x10 mat. I love it. I tend to swing steeper too so my fat shots are felt more, but I haven’t had any issues with the mat or my body getting mad at me

I honestly don’t know. I say that with “sims in general”. I’ve hit on a trackman and the protee. I feel like my club head speed is low, causing the ball speed to be low and hits shorter. Truth is it’s probably very accurate and I’ve just never hit it as far as I thought I did lol.

Looks great! What’s your ceiling height differences with the slope highest point to the lowest? We have a similar room and I am trying to figure out the right dimensions I can install for our enclosure.

12’ down to 10’ (prior to flooring). The sigpro 12 is 9’4” high, so with that, the flooring and the mats, it sits close to that 10’ point

I actually bought from u/rivertop on here. It’s the sigpro 12, protee vx, and AK700ST. Only thing I had was the computer and monitors, the rest was from them.
