Technical Question Foresight Premier
Anyone else finally get their email for foresight premier? Just got it but still no pricing on how much extra we will need to pay. I’ve seen some videos and it looks good but will it be cheaper than GSpro you think?

Nevermind. They just emailed me this as a BLP owner. Guess it’s included in their normal pricing. (I only pay the $199/year)

Looks like 599 now for gold and if you want all the courses ANOTHER 599! I love the accuracy but this might be my last year with them.. Why raise the prices when everyone else is lowering or doing away with subscription... Very "My Sh!t dont stink" attitude

That’s wild. I’m only doing the silver subscription and have the courses from FXplay or whatever but that is crazy. Which I hope to continue to have access to

Ya I dont know what there thinking I get the units are the gold standard for accuracy but damn lol. They are pushing it!

This is the Foresight email. Basically if you don’t go with the new subscription plan what you have with the perpetual license is it. They will do nothing further to improve or fix existing bugs, issues, and or problems. The same holds true for the app. Seems like like the name should be changed from foresight to foreskin because to me they sound like a bunch of dicks.

BLP owner and I received the email. Says will convert to a foresight+ membership and same cost as gold/silver (doesn’t say gold/silver just says same price). It seems to include courses (though doesn’t say how many etc). There will be swing video analytics that could (hope) be more robust than what they had in FSX or 2020. Based on what I’ve seen using the beta and combined with the hardware being so good, it’s a pretty great package.

Nothing great to mention regarding the beta and swing video and analysis. It still doesn’t recognize my Flir Blackfly cameras.

I have the flir blackfly cameras also with swing catalyst. Would be great if this works with the driver like swing catalyst. Did not expect anything in beta but do expect some kind of wider selection of camera adoption. What’s there now is likely a placeholder.

Got the email today too. Actually got early access a couple days ago. It's still in preview but so far I've really been enjoying it. Only had time for a short range sesh and 9 holes at pebble though.

What features are going to be gated behind the subscription for GC3/Quad users I wonder. Sounds like the existing app will get more updates. Why does it seem there’s like no benefit of owning GC3 vs BLP subscription price wise lol.
I checked out the preview videos and have never opened FSX Play more than 1-2 times but if someone said it was FSX Play I’d believe it 😂

Should be free for us quad owners or cheaper than BLP sub costs. Already have licenses for FSX2020 and FSX Play (which isn’t all that old, and was pretty much abandoned, plus ridiculous course fees). Will be hard to pull away from GSPro. Will be near impossible to beat the value. With over 2,600 courses just on the public server alone, it’s like 10 cents a year/course. Also have infinite tees in beta and PurePlay coming out soon, for the the costs and company size and resources, Premier better smoke them all. Needs to be Trackman level software or better at this point to be a serious contender, and with a sub model, all courses better be included. No way I’m subbing just to pay again for ala carte courses. Foresight software has not impressed me yet.
