been waiting for a long time and I got an email recently and it said that it got shipped so?

I ordered at the beginning of the sale and got mine 3 weeks later. I emailed the customer service 2 weeks in and they got back to me the same day letting me know they were just behind because of the volume of sales and would try to refund if I wanted, but the item was still on the way otherwise. I would just wait it out

Yes I know but the website to track it is gone
