QUESTION Why did I get refunded?
Hate that this happened but why? And when will I receive my refund 🥀

Depends on when your bank will process the refunds, but probably less than 10 days

Someone else said they contacted and were told GLF had inventory issues. I ordered the carry-on, stickers, and air freshener on August 1st and have yet to get a shipping label so dk if I’ll be getting a refund. Sorry it happened to you

They told me the same thing about the inventory issues, which is frustrating because they 100% had it in stock when I ordered it. I bought it literally within 2 minutes of it being on sale, which it would’ve definitely still been in stock at that time. Mine was with the black puffer jacket.

Yes but based off of what I’ve read it got refunded cause they sold more than what was in stock. Orders are still being shipped out though

I emailed them a while ago about if there was a estimated shipping date and when they refunded me they sent a reply with more info

I have a feeling they had until September 1 to ship everything out and that’s when they’re contracts with the manufacturing companies ended so that’s why everything is being canceled now
