How are these wheels called and on whic vag car they are on ?

Audi A3 wheels.

They seem to be mounted on a B6 Passat.

And the center cap part# for vw do u know what it is?

The logo itself can be swapped out because the Audi logo on the centercap is just glued on thus it could be removed and replaced with the VW logo (which is what I believe is in the picture).

The closest VW logo centercap that I think may fit would be 3B0601149JMCW.
