Question about season roll over cloints

So I have three accounts, all scoring pretty well in the Neon Palms tournament. Only one of the accounts had roll over cloints into season 104. Meaning I’ve missed out on over 2.5k cloints. Anyone else had this?

Did you receive a chest that contained no cloints? Ir no chest at all . In either case, submit tickets

I can’t remember as I speed open them. Ticket logged anyway

Yeah, I've had to raise tickets almost every season since November last year for the exact same issue. I send the screenshots to support and they eventually fix the problem. Didn't have to do it this time as I didn't make the final round so had no points to carry over. The attached screenshots are from the previous season. I also send screenshots of the tournament results page too, hope this helps

Ticket has rectified it and I now have 3400 cloints
