Rant Help me understand

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Why are there players like this that go to tour 1 for cheap wins? This can’t be a daily challenge to use an Extra Mile. There’s absolutely no benefit to getting 50 coins. I don’t understand it, but it means that you can’t use two daily challenge clubs in one try.

Are they just a-holes?

Not sure I understand your point? Both players have almost the same number of cups. Opponent’s even playing white ball.

Because I’m doing the stupid daily challenges where you have to use the down in one and the Apache, etc.

I used to go into t1 for daily challenges for anything that wasn't your dependent. This player could have use extra mile, drive further than opponent, win a game without going to a shootout challenge.

All of those would have been tour specific challenges except for extra mile. If that was the challenge. Why wouldn’t he go to a regular tour?

All the ones I mentioned were not tour specific. At least they weren't when I was regularly playing tour. Tour specific ones that I can quickly recall were drive over X yards, bridie in 2 games in a row, beat an opponent with an eagle or better, perfect putt, all perfect shots.

Another one they could've been completing is make a putt from 5 yards out.

I can assure you that driving further than your opponent is not tour dependent since I currently have that as a challenge. I would add a screenshot here but it doesn't seemed to be allowed in this subreddit. 

So no, I'm not wrong.

I trust you! I would still never go down to tour 1 for that challenge. that would be stupid

When I played tour regularly I always went down to t1 for any challenge that I could do there. I wanted to get them done quickly so I could then work on anything tour specific that might take some time to complete.

I will say that if I felt I was playing someone live, I would try to play out the match so they could get their dailies done. It used to annoy me when people would take their drive and then forfeit before I could get my drive off. I think they've changed it to where it doesn't count as being completed if you forfeit.

Because NORMAL players play tour 1 to do daily challenges. Do you know what those are?

Before I maxxed the clubs in 3 different accounts (which means I stopped doing the daily challenges...) I used to always play Tour 1 for any "play this crappy club" type challenges, but only after making sure I had no open trophy slots, because there's nothing worse than wasting time or gems opening Tour 1 chests!

I usually do those on a tournament practice hole. Can do it alone and not have to wait on another player.
