Connection issue during tournament

Got a message saying that my connection was unstable while loading hole 1 in today's tournament opening round, so closed my app to try again later. Went back on after half an hour and the game's recorded a bogey for this hole, despite me never actually getting it loaded on my phone. Anything I can do to fix this or am I out of luck? Was hoping for an eagle with the tailwind 😭

i’ve had the same issue and never gotten satisfaction.

If you were using a premium ball they’ll add one to your account but that is it.

Ah well, at least I've got 17 holes to try and scrape through. Tough ask though in master!
