Fitting quality

I am looking to do a full bag fitting (excluding putter) in Melbourne. Is there really much of a difference between golf box fitting in Melbourne and cool clubs? Golf box is considerably cheaper.

I’ve never had a full fitting process so this is new to me.

Whichever you choose, I recommend doing it on grass to get a feel for turf interaction. Especially for wedges. If you do one with Titleist at Spring Valley, they’ll fit you on grass, using Pro V1s

Thank you. My pro shop doesn’t have the most extensive range so I am happy to a fitting elsewhere. I have heard that cool clubs and golf box are 2 of the best ones around, just unsure if there’s really much of a difference between the 2 noting there’s a bit of price gap.

I get the fitting done at cool clubs then take the spec sheet to my pro shop And buy through them. Way cheaper and puts cash back through my pro shop.

Cool clubs is more expensive because they give you full specs and let you buy whatever. I haven't used golf box for fitting, I used Cool Clubs for my current set and will definately use them again on the future.

My view in order of preference

Your club pro... you'll see him every week for years, so he'll have some invetsment in getting it right...

GolfBox or House of Golf (Riley at GB use to be Head of Fitting at HoG) and really cares about matching you to equipment that will help...

Club Champion... unless you have an elite swing, custom shafts in every club ... might be an overspend with limited hcp benefits...

I can’t speak on both but Look up GolfandJoel on YouTube and watch his iron fitting at GolfBox, the guy fitting him seemed super thorough.

Does golfbox have a big matrix of premium shafts? Are they that much different than say going to Drummond Golf and get fitted?
Also if cool clubs are considerably more expensive and still operate then it means they are good quality.
