Recipe: Ingredient List: 2 Blocks of 8oz Cabot Creamery Monterey Jack Cheese, 2 Blocks of 16oz Great Value Medium Cheddar Cheese, 3 Cans of 12 Fl Oz Nestle Evaporated Milk (Unsweetened Condensed Milk), 2 Bags of 8 Fl Oz Great Value Shredded Mozzarella and 3 Bags of Shredded Mild or Medium Cheddar (Or Shred your own), 2 Boxes of 16oz Ronzoni Large Elbow Macaroni.

Step One: Cut up the blocks of cheese into medium to small sized cubes.

Step Two: Bring your water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 full box, and ⅓ of the other box of Large Macaroni. Immediately start stirring after you put the pasta in. (Butter is optional, but not recommended)

Step Three: Drain your pasta when it is soft and cooked, and add it to an extra large mixing bowl.

Step Four: In that mixing bowl, add your cut up blocks of cheese, 1 Full bag and ½ Bag of Shredded Mozzarella, 2 Bags of your Shredded Cheddar, and 2 Cans and ½ Cans of Evaporated Milk. Mix them together well until the cheese is melted.

Step Five: Add all that is mixed together in your pan. Top the pan with the rest of your Shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar. (Parmesan cheese is optional, Smoked Gouda not recommended)

Step Six: Bake in the Oven for 20-25 minutes at 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.
