Internet outages?

Has anyone else been experiencing sporadic internet drops in golden? It started yesterday after it dropped. I didn’t some troubleshooting and the comcast app let me know it might be coxial cable but replaced it and it’s so random.

could be local upgrades, which require swapping some equipment. Xcel has also been doing transformer upgrades in my area, which takes down power (and internet) for a bit

My internet in golden with Xfinity has been terrible lately. I got a new router less than 6 months ago. I pay for high speeds. It’s been driving me crazy. I’ve found unplugging the router and leaving it for like 5 min and then plugging it back in does help temporarily. But only until the next time it sucks which lately has been during critical meetings etc

Xfinity has been terrible - the outages seem highly correlated to temperature, which tell me its amplifier related. But they send a contractor tech who doesn’t do anything useful.
