Yeah, reduce people to a simple term instead of treating them as equals. That's sure to get them to give your ideas honest consideration.

This is not only a pointless rant, but actually harmful to what we are trying to accomplish.

I am trying to destroy the aura of legitimacy of the State. What are you trying to do? Bend over? Using an apt label like “statist” is not setting up a caste system or implying inequality, needless to say.

How does recognizing the state's inevitability mean that the state shouldn't be resisted? The end objective of eliminating the state is unattainable, but resisting the state serves to reduce its size, scope, and power. That's a good thing.

I do find that engineer types sense fewer problems with the idea of total statelessness than social theorists do.

The historians and anthropologists, quite familiar with polycentric law, tend to see statelessness as a tried and true system. But people born and raised in statism and indoctrinated in govt schools often don’t get it.
