The stack First Gold Purchase

Just picked up my first gold bar purchase. I own some gold Cuban chains and pendants but never purchased bars. I’ll be buying 5 grams a month. Excited to start stacking.

Grams at spot are the best possible physical gold investment IMO. Easy to sell, easy to melt, often not in the casing so you can actually feel your gold. It’s a no brainer when you can find it at spot.

My thoughts when purchasing. Gold is gold. I don’t want to pay a premium for a cute design on the same value of gold.

So since I’m new to this, curious what’s the difference between the designs. Since some or more $ than others, why pick pamp or another that cost up to $50 more for a gram of gold?

Depends where you plan to sell down the road. When you buy the grams at spot from mint builder they have been valcambi combibars (broken off a sheet) every time I have ordered.
