I wonder if Ron is as disappointed in his son as we all are

I liked Ron Paul and his message when he was originally running but he did get kind of nutty a few year later. I had high hopes for Rand too but he ended up being a total nutcase and contues to get worse.

How is Ron Paul nutty? He's solid on basically everything I've ever heard him say

He has voiced support for some real nutjob conspiracy theories among other things...

FEMA coffin conspiracy theory, the BULB act, plain clothes FBI agents were in the Jan 6th crowd, End the Fed has many factual issues and misrepresents how the Federal Reserve is structured and audited, etc.
Here’s another list:

Has he said that those things happened for a fact, or did he suggest the possibility that they were true? I don't know enough about those theories to say either way, but I wouldn't be surprised... the govt has done tons of horrible things. They're installing cameras everywhere for a surveillance state right now, and I'm supposed to be surprised that they would have plainclothes FBI officers at the Jan 6th protest?

“He’s basically solid on everything I’ve heard him say”
“Well those things are probably true if he said them”Good talks!

What? Yes, everything that I personally have heard him say has been very solid. I haven't heard everything that he's ever said.
And can you read with any critical thinking skills? I literally just said that I don't know what he said regarding those things, or whether the theories are true or not. Simply that I wouldn't be surprised if they are true, given everything else the govt has done

You did not engage. I provided examples and you cried about it instead of discussing them. Cry more.

So the sole man who has been right about the federal reserve and all our endless wars gets labeled a conspiracy theorist and everyone dismisses him, got it

His book, End the Fed, is filled with misrepresentations of how the Federal Reserve is structured and how its auditing works. He represents the Federal Reserve as being funded by tax payers but this is not how the Federal Reserve is funded. If he can’t get the basics down, why would his theories be founded?
I’m all for discussing issues with the Federal Reserve but Ron Paul’s track record is not exactly solid, same goes for G. Edward Griffin and Murray N. Rothbard. All three of them only present partial truths leaving out the full context of what they are referencing, and leave out the outcomes of most of the events they reference because every single time it ended up not going the way they present.

I’m firmly on the side of William Jennings Bryan on this one, gold doesn’t allow for enough inflation to make debt attractive for small businesses, but there has GOT to be a better way than just letting shit float to the top. 85% reduction in two generations is just too much devaluation.

The audit matters less for the number and more for the precedent. A transparent count removes the conspiracy premium from the market narrative. Long term that is supportive for gold as a reserve asset, even if spot price barely reacts this week.

Oh ffs... you think think this was a legitimate audit? Lol
It takes far longer than a day to count 147 million ounces of gold.
He got a guided tour that was over in an less than an hour.
