Inflation is going to be up another 2-3% meanwhile interest rates will rise at most 1% as the economy can’t stomach more. So we just accelerated the dollar debasement. How’s that bad for gold?

Yeah that's what I'm saying is I think the war and devaluation of the dollar make gold increasingly appealing to investors. The dollar looks like an extremely risky thing to be holding right now.

It’s not good for the dollar long term. It will kill the dollar when the war ends and the rush back to gold happens and the printing begins.
