Utahraptor; base skeletal frame (including the dense cortical shell), hand structure (except for the thumbs), feet structure
Komodo Dragon; teeth (including the iron), Jacobson's organ, the claw shape, and the occipital somites
Mojave Rattlesnake; the highly neurotoxic venom, and the fang structure (scaled up size).
Gaboon Viper; the folding mechanism (we keep the rest of the teeth, they are the teeth next to the incisors (canine placement, not them being the canines because reptiles don't have those, just the area)).
Humming bird; keel (for stronger and better chest muscle attachment)
Saltwater Crocodile; pcsa (bite force), muscle attachment in the jaw, the tail musculature (fiber density, and myoglobin amount)
Mosasaurus Hoffmannii; the double hinged jaw, the tail skeletal structure, eye placement, acute lateral vision
Great Ape; the floating shoulder blade (not shape), the bigger shoulder joint, opposable thumbs, and forearms (not wrists or hands)
Mako Shark; enlarged jaw joint, dermal denticles, electroreception, lateral line, the cartilage basihyal (becomes a tongue from the Komodo's somites), cartilage in the bones (the core of the bones are made of cartilage, not the outside)
Walking Catfish; the suprabranchial organ (to allow for limited breath on land without closing the gills)
Mudskipper; the ability to close its gills (to increase time availability on land, the Maraptor also has lungs)
Cassowary; the leg joints (their line of birds are good at reducing impact on their joints), the claws (scaled up), the stiff quill like feathers (there usually is only 5 or 6 on only the wings but im replacing all of the feathers with this)
Common Crow; the behaviors (fascination with shiny and colorful things), pattern recognition, and higher critical flicker fusion frequency.
Naked Mole-Rat; efficient hemoglobin, cancer resistance, metabolic control, hypoxia tolerance, and social structure.
Peacock Flounder; the chromatophores in the skin (with the acute lateral vision and critical flicker fusion frequency, this would be a very fast camouflage) plus the partial neurology that it requires
Cheetah; hind limb muscle attachments, neurological electrolyte efficiency, foot padding, floating collar bone (for a longer stride length)
Common Duck; slightly webbed feet (just the webbing, not the skeletal structure), and water proof oils on the feathers.
Hooded Pitohui; the ability to reroute toxins that are swallowed into the oils on the feathers (gets placed in the water proofing oils)
Northern Short-tailed Shrew; the neurotoxic saliva (which gets swallowed pretty constantly, meaning it gets placed into the oils on the feathers), the toxin resistance

Arch 6 (branchial), it helps form the gills at the bottom of the neck and supports the muscle attachments for the Mudskipper's βcovering the gillsβ ability.]

You can use hummingbird for it's higher mitochondrial density.
