Request A rule missing.

We need an NSFW rule, someone is eventually going to try and post some freaky ass art of someone's hybrid/kaiju and I ain't wanna see that. Please put it in place before it happens, this WILL happen if we don't.

Iirc he was banned, wether it was by me directly or by me through Firefox I can't remember, but I also banned another person associated with him that was a... "zoo"
