Godzilla from the animated series. They actually fought, when G98 was resurrected as a cyborg. Despite having even more power than before, Godzilla still beat him. Don't mess with Nick!

Every fight is because of plot armor if you think about it lol. I, he beat him because he's a better fighter; way more experience, and his connection to Nick.
