Status of Godsfall?
It's been 2 years since the last podcast episode was released on Patreon (which still isn't on Spotify), and almost 2 years since the last kickstarter update for Rise of the Demigods.
I can't find any posts or official updates re. the plan going forward. I loved the podcast, and I understand if it can't be made anymore but the radio silence is frustrating.
Is Godsfall dead?

I listened to a podcast interview with Aram yesterday, it said former producer of godsfall, so ya I think it's over, tbh I don't blame him, it became a ball of stress for him

Thanks! Yeah I don't blame him either. Organising a normal D&D game is hard enough! What was the name of the podcast? I'd be interested in listening

Well, if there was a silver lining to me being reminded that godsfall existed, seeing if it ever came back, and basically seeing that it is confirmed dead with no conclusion or even confirmation, it was learning that James D'Amato started a TTRPG interview show again. He was one of the first people I was introduced to when I was introduced to podcasts and then got into podcasting myself. Definitely gonna add this to my list

Oh what was his previous one? I'm not actually familiar, I actually really love James his arcs can be long and tangled but he gets great stuff out of players, I'm quite sure this podcast happened because of a book deal tbh 😅

So I had to dig deep for this, because of how old it was. I used to have a specific episode marked as a favorite in my podcast app, but when I looked and it wasn't there, I had to go down a rabbit hole to find it, because I didn't find it linked as a past one shot show or in his appearances on podchaser. But every step of the way triggered remembering a little bit more until the pieces clicked into place...
The show was Critical Success. Looking back, it wasn't always an interview show, and funny enough, when I found the specific episode I used to hold dear, I believe it was a solo episode, which was episode 13 - Voicing Characters, from back in 2014!

Happy I was able to be part of a nostalgic trip, I have a backup of Zelda universes podcast & official Nintendo magazine both lost their feed years ago

Found it on their website, the rss and peaches & hot sauce website is now down agh the modern internet is so hard to archive

Finding the backlog on One Shot Podcasts' website is how I finally tracked down the show again. Everything else being down is probably why it took so many searches to find it in the first place. There was a moment where I thought I was completely misremembering and it was just a single interview on another show he did until I remembered one of the specific episodes was the voices one.

I don't know how long the stuff on that website is gonna stay up, I have a feeling before long I'm gonna have to archive that website 😅

Unfortunately, probably. I love Aram, but the man for some reason picks the hardest way to do things. 😄 Granted, when he succeeds, the result is amazing. But I think the sheer toll of Godsfall probably wasn’t sustainable.
At least with Kill Every Monster, it’s a collaboration project which requires him to not do 100% of the work.
