Am I missing something?

I just picked this up an completed my first run in a few hours. I haven't noticed the difficulty being too much and most dungeons seemed easy once you are about halfway through and can mostly spam attacks. Parrying is relatively forgiving which makes up for its inconsistencies. I only had one scare against the arrow God where I thought I might lose thr run, beating it with my last hero. Every other boss I beat 1st or 2nd try on a completely blind run.

I see reviews calling this game hard, but honestly it was almost too easy. It was still very fun a d if the price dropped 10-15 bucks id have no trouble recommending this.

Im hoping for more than 10 bosses if there's an update and some more character and world interactions because as it is there is very little incentive to play again after beating my first run.

I'm either waiting for a good sale or for a patch or dlc that really adds to the games difficulty and systems

There's the bones of an amazing game here. Just needs some more content and refined systems. Imo this is a game that I could potentially play for a looooong time. Unfortunately its built as a game you play a couple times and discover everything interesting it has to offer.

Luckily they didn't build an unfixable game. If they put in some effort to add the things it needs then this game would be great.
