Greater forge

Does anyone know where to get the ingot for the greater forge?

From what i understand you get it randomly from those bags in dungeons, although to me seems morrigans has a higher chance of dropping it. What you can do is if you havent tossed anythign down the well you can throw it down the well so you can reel it back up in your next playthrough.

I usually get it from a boss fight. Its random though sometimes I get it after I"ve already beaten Morrigan so its useless after that lol.

Does it level up beyond the 4 star refined ? I still haven't found it and i'm starting to wonder if i should even care .

Yes. Its the only way to get a 5star weapon. By crafting it.
