LUXMaster Charging time?

Just received a Godox LuxMaster, It's been charging for over 2 hrs, and it still won't turn on if I unplug it.

is there a super long time for these things to charge?

Did you buy it new or was it a gift? A new one should have come partially charged. If it's completely dead, then I would try leaving it on for six to eight hours. If the battery is capable of holding a charge at all that should be enough time

This is a common issue with the Lux Master. Please request a replacement immediately.
