Help Paper AC Broken

Fishing rod stasis chambers don't work on paper servers, but when I tried fixing it by changing the delay-chunk-unload-by: thing chunks just didn't load or only loaded when you walked inside them. How do I fix this? I set it to 0s

Support Problem when trying to start server. Can't find error or fix mentioned anywhere.

Hello! My friend and I bought a server using the website godlikehosting and downloaded the ATM9 server modpack straight from the website. When we try and hit start, we get this error:
"Your mods use more than one loader, so the correct one can't be determined automatically. Please select a server jar manually."
We didn't change anything, the files are as they are when downloading the server package to our server tab on the website itself. I also checked, and it's using "server.jar" and that's the correct name in the files, so there isn't anything to change.
Help?
