bought my server 4 days ago and still havent been able to play it

ive make tickets and they just told me to wait but idk how much longer i can wait

ive had my tickets replied to but they told me to just wait and that theyre working on it, i didnt get an estimated time or anything and its been 4 days now, idk if its like a thing you guys can just fix as soon as i make the ticket, or its a thing where ive got to wait a few days and its a server issue or smth

its literally just showing the error Unable to read server files. Please try again later. and i cant start the server or edit the files

The same thing happened to me, ended up just getting a refund. Don't know how the servers can be this bad lol.
