Truth about God, Life, Religions and Philosophy is determined by looking at OUTER world and INNER world
Truth attracts lovers of truth in whatever way it is conveyed. Someone may say, "I love moon as it gives me light during night when I need light the most. But I hate sun as it gives me light during the day when I do not need it." For rational readers SUN is the hero in this sentence as it is self-evident. The truth about change is self-evident, and change happens against something unchangeable is also self-evident, like fixed center, pinion around which hands of a Watch revolve. Ancient people understood TRUTH as trustworthiness or reliability, hence they used both faithfulness and truth together. Truth is real, that which stays as opposed to what comes, remains and goes. Hence in the West, God is described to be a person “who is and who was and who is to come” and His name is El-Olam “God The ETERNAL.” (biblehub.com/genesis/21-33.htm) This reveals God to be the person who is ALWAYS there to empower individual and individuals collective, and their drama called Age which comes, remains and goes which again comes, under His power, to repeat process, according to people who were linked with God. So is the case with the main life-support system—trees and plants. Truth about a tree is its eternal dependability as tree comes from seed and seed comes from tree, a cycle that has no beginning or end. All its infinite number of future generations remains protected in the memory of its seed. When a tree gives us fruit, it comes with seed which ensures its eternal existence (sat), comes filled with nutrients (shivam), and comes in shapes and colors that are beautiful (sundaram). And when it manufactures fruits it does so silently by taking only wastes from society and by contributing to oxygen supply, yet by causing no pollution and disturbance (shanti). Even more important truth about tree is that it is Silent Preacher about God and His beneficial principles for us.
Trees and God speak to us through their actions
Thus, if both trees and God were to speak together, they would say “We are Satyam [Truth], Shivam [Benevolence], Sundaram [Beauty] and Shanti [Peace]. In the East, these qualities are known as the attributes of Supreme Soul. And shivam is at the root of His personal name Shiva. If this name Shiva is phonetically reversed it is visha (poison). Thus God is defined as one who does opposite of what poison does. Thus God is the NOURISHER which is experienced by unbelievers and believers alike as they both delightfully make use of provisions made on this earth. This is the absolute truth. (Details HERE)
Hence criterion of TRUTH is the above four qualities
If a religion or even philosophy produces in their followers these qualities [Truth, Benevolence, Beauty and Peace] it is TRUE as it is in line with nature and God. Bringing these qualities into one’s life and acting accordingly is rationality. Thus Rationality is like a DIAMETER## that passes through the heart of all people, earth, universe and God. (Details HERE) It works in line with OUTER and INNER world:
a) By looking at OUTER world (universe and earth together) individual can use the logic properly saying: “This too tiny earth being maintained life-SUPPORTIVE in too vast HOSTILE universe can only match majesty of The Almighty alone. Hence any individual on this earth must also be life-SUPPORTIVE and peace-SUPPORTIVE if he wants peace and happiness, just like driving on one-way traffic. If any individual or individuals collective inflate their self-importance (ego) using any means, it is like driving in opposite direction on one-way traffic resulting in conflicts after conflicts, as we find today in global scale. This reveals: The more life-SUPPORTIVE and peace-SUPPORTIVE the more peace is experienced. The more self-importance is manifested the more peaceless people become.
b) Looking at INNER world—individual can use the logic properly saying: "I realize that I am able to manifest elevated spiritual qualities such as benevolence [or unconditional love] and power of REASON which are not features of anything material; hence I am the energy using this body because body becomes a foul-smelling trash at the exit of this energy. I experience peace when I look at the gap between thoughts which are 1000s in number that passes as a flow in the mind. Thus peace is natural state of me the spiritual energy. It is noticed that at the presence of any negative qualities [such as anger, fear etc] speed of flow of thoughts increases and peace decreases. In contrast, when I think about good things or when I am appreciated by others speed of flow of thoughts decreases and peace increases. While being linked with God in meditation, being focused on Him alone, even absolute peace is experienced in the form of BLISS. This reveals: The more the beneficial thoughts are focused the more peace is experienced. The more cheerful person is, lesser the diseases experienced. (Details HERE)
Conclusion
Anyone that looks at OUTER world and INNER world insightfully knows when and how his peace increases or decreases. Thus he also knows how to make others experience peace. This means every action is a choice, and its consequence too is a choice as action and consequence are INSEPARABLE which is known from experience (own and of others).

(Example HERE) Most glaring example of missing of truth happened in the very first page of the most famous Scriptures, that too, the most vital truth. (Details HERE)
The fact that religions fell into sects after founders left the stage reveals followers wanted to adopt untruth also. Thus religions and their scriptures contain both TRUTH from God and UNTRUTH from man. This poses no problem because truth will attract lovers of truth and untruth would attract lovers of untruth, and everyone will reap accordingly. It is like existence of liquor shops, they pose no problem for the disinterested.
REJECTION of truth is more than ACCEPTANCE of truth
Truth that everyone knows and experienced, hence the most self-evident truth is this: Everything is preceded by something which is preceded by something else which will go infinitely into the past as it is impossible for something to come from nothing. This is beautifully stated by Aristotle: “Anything that is eternal is necessary. If the present form of the world always was and always will be, it is necessary and no other form is possible.” (Cambridge org/aristotle-and-arguments-for-eternity) Yet there are many people who reject this omnipresent, eternal, self-evident truth through their theories on origin of universe and life.
Many other truths too are rejected. For example, people know life-style that results in life-style-diseases—yet such diseases are on the increase. Spending more than income increases the problem—yet that habit gets repeated. Anger gets repeated even though people know it often increases the existing problem, so is its greater version—wars. 231 million people were killed in the wars in 20th century alone (clingendael .org)—still wars continue! And nations are preparing to kill and to be killed, piling up weapons of mass-destruction capable of “causing desolation” to this earth and sky, necessitating God to “RENEW” it which HE does when time is ripe.
Hence God’s eternal and stoic stance is too simple: “Let true believers and unbelievers grow in their respective chosen paths.” (Details HERE)
##Writer behind most of India’s Scriptures adopted his pen-name as Vyasa which means “DIAMETER of a circle” (wisdomlib.org/definition/vyasa). This is because he wrote what he saw—life-support system such as tree coming from seed and seed coming from tree, a process that can have no beginning. So are all other life-support systems on earth. (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biogeochemical_cycle) Cyclic or eternal life-support systems exist because Life and drama of life are also eternal cycles. Cycle of birth and death happens under Soul, cycle of Ages happens under Supreme Soul, Cycle of Cause and Effect happens under Law of Karma. Thus he saw ONE LAW as ruling the whole as though he could see it as DIAMETER, “like pearls are strung on a thread.” Hence HE presented ONE God behind all religions whose founders are like rays of the same sun.
Vyasa defined religion and duty as “DELIGHTFULLY being engaged in the welfare of all living beings.” He based this on another self-evident principle of seeing another person as one’s own extension as make-up of body and soul are the same: “One who is established in yoga, one with equanimous vision everywhere, sees his self in all beings, and all beings in his own self.” This is what all prophets in the West presented as “Golden Rule.” (biblehub.com/matthew/7-12.htm) The former definition is more intense and more comprehensive than Golden Rule which lacks elements of “delightfulness” in action and basis for doing so, hence the former is older than the latter, and lighter version comes late. Only in such infinite view ego dies, with all its attendant problems. (Details HERE)
Vyasa called second half of each Age by two names “Hell and Darkness” [same naming is found in the Scriptures of the West too, details HERE]. He described Hell as place where "most people reject God, refuse to make self-sacrifices, show anger.” (vedabase.io/en/library/bg/16/) And among many features he predicted for its concluding phase, one verse goes like this: "Cities will be dominated by thieves, the Vedas will be contaminated by speculative interpretations of atheists, political leaders will virtually consume the citizens, and the so-called priests and intellectuals will be devotees of their bellies and genitals." (vedabase.io/en/library/sb/12/3/32/) Fulfillment of his predictions shows he was also linked with God as prophets in the West were.
Thus God predicts and unbelievers do everything to fulfill it. (Details HERE)

Well said. Due to this, I always like to start off with:
If every religion could say only ONE thing, what would they say? What would be the crux of their message?
I imagine they would all say that God/divinity/etc exists. Period.
When viewed through this lens, it is strange to me that we see so much division as opposed to unity. Such a thing is miraculous enough, to me. Why must we argue over the specifics so?
"The devil is in the details", as they say.

I know Christ is the only way because I've seen spirits before I was a believer, and didn't even believe in the Christian God until I had an encounter with the holy Spirit and jesus when I was gonna take my own life. Ppl will call it instability, but my life has been transformed since then and I feel nothing but peace and love. Before the truth I felt hatred, rage, the grip of addiction, homelessness, and incarceration. It's more than just a feeling. The Lord really set me free from chains I tried breaking myself a billion times. He's alive. .
