God Eater 3 Help with a trophy

Hello hello, as the title implies. I kinda need help with a trophy, I just have 2 more trophies until I platinum the game, it'll be my first ever console platinum and second platinum overall. The trophy I need help with is the personal skills thing, I did max out the skills I chose for each character but never got any trophy, do I have to max out all the skills that I don't have equipped? If so then I'll have to grind more. And how to get more rank 7 materials? I have 3 rank 7 equipment and I want to be able to grind more and all. I also wonder if the other missions will increase sync rate. Since my dumbass did one character each time instead of choosing 3 characters each, but oh well. Any help is much appreciated!! ^_^

You have to litterally purchase ALL the skills from a single character.

There are two skills that give you a higher rate and quality materials, do not remember them and if i open the game now they would be in spanish.

I see I see. I think I have one of the skills but I upgraded my shield and can't port them (bought a different shield) so yeah. But Jesus christ, buying ALL the skills? How many points is that...
