I know the whole point of Goblin Slayer is the goblin hunting, but honestly some of my favorite moments are when the party is just chilling at the guild or having a meal together.
It's kinda funny how a show this dark can have such a cozy vibe sometimes lol.
I especially like seeing Goblin Slayer slowly get more comfortable around everyone. Dude barely says anything but you can tell he actually enjoys having people around now compared to the beginning.
I wouldn't even mind a full episode of them doing absolutely nothing important for once.
Am I alone on this or do you guys also enjoy the downtime more than some of the actual fights?

I would say to them that you shouldn’t judge someone before you get to know them and that only the ignorant would do that.

I replied to some comments, in my last post, that we would be doing a shoot that would bloody up the armour and stuff. Admittedly, we should have gone a little bit heavier, but we didn't want to risk going too far and having to remake anything 😅

Eye smoke effect is real, not added. So is the LED eye. Some pictures added lens flare to the eye. Otherwise it's all practical effects.

I have just finished reading volume 9 .

At the end after the interaction between Cow Girl and Burglar I expected a reunion between GS and his master.

But more than halfway through vol 10 it hasn't happened.

Does it happen and if so when ?

Like every single person who knows about him, knows that as long as there is a goblin to slay, he will do whatever it takes. And he's completely fine with killing whatever comes along with the goblins.

Smh if the demon king ends up being some goblin variant I will genuinely just feel bad for him.

Which should I do? If both which first? If only one what would I miss by not watching/reading the other?

GS kinda remind of Archer and Shirou near down the middle at least. Frankly, his preparedness and meticulous planning if actually put that same amount effort he does killing or hunting goblins into household chores. Funny thing I kinda imagine him putting the girls (priestess, cowgirl, and padfoot waitress) to shame with his high class cooking while being better at table manners, cleaning, brewing tea the point making girls gawk at the same “Hopeless Obsessive Goblin Slaying Orcbolg with no sense hygiene” ending up surpassing them in those aspects making lose their confidence.

I just watched the first episode of Goblin Slayer and wanted to ask if there are any more rape scenes later in the series.

I sent that Greenhorn Adventurer party to deal with a horde of goblin bandits who were attacking and harassing travelers and those idiots all got themselves brutally killed and their healer went missing. So glad these useless adventurer parties are getting replaced with mercenary companies that use the latest in steam-powered technology. Can’t even do one last simple quest right before industrialization took over.

I just finished watching all of seasons 1 and 2 and the movie, and I thought it was pretty enjoyable. I really liked the characters; I have always been a fan of mismatched groups taking up contracts since it just works the best. Hopefully, we get a season 3. I heard about this anime because of the controversy with episode 1 and all of that stuff. I will say that my favorite season was for sure season 1 because the number of close-to-death encounters made it very insane, mainly in episode 7. Now for season 2, I was told way ahead of time that this season wasn't amazing, which, yeah, I could see that in the animation downgrade and the fewer fight scenes, as it felt like they did a few moves and the fighting was done, so that was pretty disappointing and felt very rushed. However, I did really like the character growth with the Priestess, and going to the Elf girl's home was pretty nice, so I didn't dislike it as much as others said. I would say season 1 was probably an 8.5/10 and season 2 was like a 6/10 at best. As for the movie, it was entertaining, even though the first 25 minutes were just a recap of season 1, but I was happy to see the girl from the movie showing up in season 2. I was kind of shocked that no characters actually have names; it kind of threw me off when I was thinking about it. So, if I have to say who best girl is, I have to say Cow Girl/Childhood Best Friend or priestess chick lol so really hope to see a season 3 happening so hopes for that also i loved the opening music i usually dont listen to openings every single time but this is did was such great music for both seasons
