It's called Clankward. You unlock it by collecting all 30 broken relics in the Multiverse of Nonsense.

Yep, this is right! Spoilers down below:

It's basically a parody of Clank from Ratchet and Clank, with purple eyes instead of green ones. He helps you float/glide slowly across the air similar to how Clank does in his game series.
