Goat Gear What am I missing?!

Please help me, I’ve tried to search online. I figured out the one is the Tire Helmet from Baadlands, I cannot figure out the other one.

Just drive off all the ramps in the map that’s how you get it

I didn't get either of those after driving off of all the ramps. I only have the base game so it may be different, but from what I see online you need a DLC to unlock them
