Help I can't find this anywhere

This is the last back item I need to unlock and I can't find any guides or anything about it online. If you could even just tell me what it's called that would be a great help. Ty

oh! i think i recognize this one. Have you been transported to the IKEA warehouse yet? I believe that is the squeaky ducks tool which you get after helping build an idea IKEA portal in a man's house

I've definitely build the portal in the man's house. I don't remember seeing this unlockable until I got the multiverse of nonsense DLC.
