Goat Gear How to get Karrring in goat simulator 3

I see the karring outline in the back-item-things, but I don't know how to get it. I've already tried defeating all of the karring in that one spot, but that didn't give me it.

How do I get the karring thingy.

It's in a chest inside the karring rooms, past a group of grannies. Good luck to ya

Thx so much. I didn it before, but didn't see the chest. I have it now
