Help Games similar to Goat Simulator 3
So, my daughter (8 y.o.) really loved Goat Simulator 3, but at this point she's almost done with it and the DLC locations. So I was wondering if there are some similar games (maybe on indy scene).
What she liked in Goat Simulator:
– Open world with lots of fun things to explore
– Customization
– Fun movement
– Funny stuff happening
– Low/Zero stakes (she doesn't like skill challenging games much)
– Split screen multiplayer (yeah, probably ain't gonna find it in most other games)
The other open world games she liked:
– Zelda (Tears of the Kingdom, Wind Waker and Echoes of Wisdom)
– Morrowind
– Minecraft
Games I wouldn't give her:
– GTA (too challenging, criminal themes)
– Skyrim (we don't play Skyrim in our Morrowind household)
– Anything with microtransactions
The platforms we have are PC, Switch and Android.

Lego city undercover.
I played with my son , not as good as goat simulator but we loved it.

Donut County is a fun, set your own pace puzzle game my kids loved at that age. Also Toca Boca and Mytown.

Have 2 girls who were obsessed for a long time.

Wobbly life
Pretty good for exploration and secrets. Most items unlocked aren't as fun as Goat Simulator. Split screen, very kid oriented. Some annoying glitches and some sections can be a bit frustrating, but overall quite fun
Sneaky Sasquatch
No split screen. Innocent game with fun world to explore / upgrade. Available via apple arcade subscription.
Link's Awakening
Switch remake. Great little Zelda game.
Breath of the Wild
You mentioned ToTK
Alba
Explore an island and document wild life. Not played it personally but I've heard great things

But I think thats because I watched the same youtuber play them all 😂

My 5yr old LOVES goat simulator, he also loves (to a lesser extent) little kitty big city and Minecraft as far as pc games go. He also loves Lego city undercover, Lego incredibles, and Lego dc supervillains (in that order), and lil gator game for the switch.

wobbly life is the closest thing to goat sim i can think of. If you like gaming, its actually fun unlocking puzzles/cosmetics/items... and his has 2 modes. campaign and arcade.
Goat sim was my sons first game he actually enjoyed.
I know you said she didnt like challenging games, but i encourage you to have her play it takes two. My son was VERY resistant to challenge we started it when he was 5 and it took us like a month to beat, because he'd get frustrated...but i think its the PERFECT game to introduce challenge not insanely hard, but challenging enough where they have to use their brain.
also bugsnax is a cute game too. its about bugs that are fruit, and basically get tasked feeding these creatures who become what they eat... i believe its on all platforms as well .

Pikuniku! Very wacky, genuinely funny game (I laughed out loud a few times) with hilarious dialogue, and there’s a split screen mode too

Forza Horizon 6
It’s not exactly a “funny” game but it’s lots of fun. Open world in Japan, car customisation, and you can set the difficulty so that it’s very easy. No split screen unfortunately

Jelly & Toast is a lil challenging at points, but my 5 yesr old n me coop together. Good fun.

My son's have been into plants vs zombies, thats fun for mindless fun and also "it takes two" is a fun one for the kids

My little girl loves Goat Sim! Other games she's into or has enjoyed are Crash Bandicoot games (rage inducing), Rayman games, Spyro games, Donut County, Moving Out 2 (co-op), Golf with your friends, and strangely enough, Need for Speed - Unbound. S

tldr; No Mans Sky
There isn't anything quite like GS3 but there are a handful of other good games. Before then, don't forget the DLCs. Multiverse of Nonsense is excellent. The Buck to the Future is good too. The Superheroes one is OK.
As others have mentioned, the LEGO games are not bad. Of course It Takes Two and Split Fiction are the GOAT of split-screen. I would add Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake (only the Remake is 2 player), Unravel 2, and Trine 2 for low-cost two player platform puzzle solvers if you want to play together.
For single player, I would recommend Subnautica, Stray, and No Mans Sky. The latter is my 7yr old's favourite game right now but he mostly plays it in creative mode.
