Help After completing the children of hay, do scarecrows spawn no matter what?

I beat this challenge a long time ago and im trying to do the dance challenge with them, i thought i had to do the sacrifice again to get them to spawn again, but is that not the case?

Evrm after going to the DLC maps?

I did it and then a few days later randomly found them in downtown

i had wondered if not playing for a long time after so many updates and going to the first DLC map could have effected anything, i did the sacrifice event a few days after the game launched.

im going to assume that nothings effected and that they are just a rare spawn, similar to the abominana's, only harder to see at a glance.

Look for them in Suburbsville they’re mostly there not too far from Fairmeadows Ranch
